The idea of creating a company band Nova Band was born in June 2013. The project manager was Tomek Nowacki, who announced a casting for a guitarist and drummer among the employees of Nova Trading. The casting was won by Dawid Pawłowski – drums and Sławek Lipiński – guitar.
The first rehearsals of the band took place in autumn 2013. It immediately became clear that a vocalist would be needed … The only person who could say YES to the proposal to join the band as a vocalist was Tomek Zawadzki, young, brave, pugnacious.
A goal was set for the band members: to play at a company event for clients on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Nova Trading. The guys had (or only) two years to prepare the repertoire!
